Conditions for Use

Economy 3D Limited Commercial License

This is a legal agreement between you and Economy 3D. On purchase or download you thereby agree to the following terms, authorizations, and limitations.

Economy 3D models are protected by International Copyright Laws and Treaties. The Economy 3D models and textures have not been sold to you. They are licensed to you. Economy 3D retains all copyrights, titles and interests. All custom or purchased models and avatars must be password protected and are for single world use. NO REFUNDS will be given after model files have been mailed.

Grant of License

Economy 3D hereby grants to you a Non-Exclusive Limited Commercial License to use the models and textures at a single site. Complimentary 3D models are excluded.

(1) Models are licensed for single world use only unless otherwise specified by Economy 3D. Complimentary free models by Economy 3D are excluded. (2) All purchased models must be password protected.

(3) Models may be resized for use. Model geometry may not be changed or textures replaced.

(4) You assume full responsibility for your use of said models and any and all results obtained from the Economy 3D models. Economy 3D does not warrant that the 3D models are suitable and fit for any particular purpose.

(5) You may not sell, resell as, duplicate, distribute, sub-license, publish, market, or represent for resale, any Economy 3D model, or any derivative thereof, in any known digital file format, by any means what-so-ever, invented or yet to be invented, without prior written permission from Economy 3D, who are the sole and exclusive copyright holders and no others.

(6) You may not sell, resell, sell as, duplicate, distribute, sub- license, publish, market, or represent for resale or free objects, any Economy 3D models or 2D images, renderings or animations created using original Economy 3D models, for use as 2D/3D clip art, 2D/3D stock art, and does not authorize inclusion as part of any stock libraries of any discription, in any way what-so-ever, invented or yet to be invented.

All other rights with respect to Economy 3D models or textures not granted in this Non-Exclusive Limited Commercial License are reserved to Economy 3D, who are the sole and exclusive copyright holders and no others.

This Non-Exclusive Limited Commercial License Agreement is the entire agreement between you and and Economy 3D, with regards to Economy 3D models, textures, and associated images, and supersedes any and all other communications, written or otherwise. This Agreement may not be modified unless authorized in writing by Economy 3D.
